All pet supplies ordered from Chico's Natural Pet Market are carefully packed at our Alexandria logistics center. Once dispatched, your parcel is assigned a trackable shipping number that allows real-time package monitoring until it arrives at your doorstep.

• Free Delivery: Applied automatically on all orders over $35.00.
• Standard Flat Rate: $5.99 for orders under $35.00.
• Delivery Range: We deliver to all 50 U.S. states and APO/FPO military addresses.

3. Simple 3-Step Returns

2. Step 2: Pack Item. Place the pet bed or supply back in its original package.
3. Step 3: Ship Back & Receive Refund. Attach the return shipping label and receive your refund within 3-5 days.
